Antech's Liquid Flow Calibration Laboratory

Antech is proud of it's calibration abilities with the award and continuing additions to it's UKAS Accreditation. Within the last year Antech has included liquid flow calibration capabilities to it's portfolio. Additional premises were necessary to house our liquid flow rigs and after an initial setup period Antech Calibration Services is now UKAS accredited.

The typical range of equipment covered falls into the following categories: -

We can now offer the following liquid flow calibration: -

2500 L/min UKAS Accredited Hydrocarbon Rig

• Oil viscosity 2 to 200 cSt
• Mass Flow 20 to 2000 kg/min, uncertainty of 0.075%
• Volumetric flow 25 to 2500 L/min, uncertainty of 0.1%

60 L/min UKAS Accredited Hydrocarbon Rig

• Oil viscosity 2 to 200 cSt
• Mass Flow 0.5 to 50 kg/min, uncertainty of 0.1%
• Volumetric flow 0.6 to 60 L/min, uncertainty of 0.15%

The fluid temperature can be controlled from 25°c to 80°c, which enables the viscosity to be matched to your requirements.

600 L/min UKAS Accredited Water Rig

• Mass flow 4 to 600 kg/min, uncertainty of 0.2%
• Volumetric flow 4 to 600 L/min, uncertainty of 0.2%

2000 L/min UKAS Accredited Gas Flow Rig

• 0.2 L/min to 2 L/min, uncertainty of 0.23%
• 2 L/min to 2000 L/min, uncertainty of 0.16%
